SPA POLICIES

  • Treatments in a package are non-transferable.

  • Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours will result in a full charge of the service to the credit card on file. If client is using a monthly membership treatment, or package to reserve their booking, one session will be pulled from their account.

  • Gratuities are not expected, however they are appreciated. Please bring a cash or check tip for the therapist. Membership cost does not include gratuity.

  • The appointment time marks the beginning of the treatment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time to allow yourself to relax and get on the table. If you are late to your appointment, the session will still end at the reserved time.

  • Clients are responsible to inform the studio and the  therapist of any injuries, allergies or limitations.

NEW STUDENT INTRO POLICIES

  • This 2 week pass activates upon purchase and may not be paused.

  • Late class cancellation fees still apply.  For class cancellations with less than 2 hours notice, a $5 fee is charged, and if a no show without cancellation, a $20 fee is charged.

  • The purchase is non-transferable and non-refundable

  • The Intention Setting coaching session is complementary to new student intros during their 2 week pass. The availability is limited and is offered at a first come first serve basis. The session is also complimentary to members, so if unable to come during their 2 week pass, student may come anytime if membership is joined.

YOGA POLICIES

  • Students are encouraged to arrive to class early to settle in and set up their spot. Class doors shut 5 minutes after class time to honor the other students in attendance, and late students will not be allowed into the studio after that.

  • We require 2 hours before class start time to cancel a reservation. If using a class card, a single session will be used to cover the late cancellation. If a member, a $5 late cancel fee applies, and if a no-show, a $20 fee is applied.

  • Students are encouraged to register for class ahead of time to reserve a spot. Once class is full, we cannot allow students who didn’t register to join class.

  • We provide mats and props free of charge to students. You are always welcome to bring your own mat.

  • Students are responsible to inform the studio and the teacher of any injuries, allergies or limitations.

GIFT CARD POLICIES

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Client must present gift card at the time of purchase.

  • Gift cards cannot be used towards a monthly membership payment.

  • A spa guest booking an appointment, and using a gift card for payment must still provide a credit card on file to reserve the appointment. Late cancellation fees still apply, and will be charged to the card on file, preserving the full value stated on the gift card.

  • Gift cards have no expiration date.

 

WORKSHOP POLICIES

  • All tickets paid in full + deposits are nonrefundable. They are transferable however, so a client may gift or sell their ticket to another guest for that event. If the studio cancels an event, the client will be refunded their full amount to the card that was used to purchase it. If they paid with check or cash, the amount will be refunded to their credit card on file.

  • Each guest must register for themselves under their own name. If someone wishes to purchase a ticket for a friend, they must call the studio to pay for their friend under the friend’s name, email, and phone number.

  • After 15 minutes of start time, students may not enter the workshop late.
