Meet The Founders
I’m a Holistic Aesthetician, Massage Therapist, and Herbalist. My deep passion for beauty + healing has brought me around the globe- studying herbs + ancient massage in China, botanical skincare in Europe, and herbal plant medicine from various traditions. I have a love for the mystical world, which has led me to study lunar astrology with The Wild Woman Project, Goddess traditions, and sacred rituals. My medicine and offering to you is using the healing power of earth + plants, the intuitive wisdom of the moon + stars, and my own strength + heart, to hold space for your healing process and encourage you to savor yourself and life more deeply.
When I was travel nursing in California and Puerto Rico, I deeply craved connection, community, and a sense of belonging. Yoga became my home. My breath became my anchor. Soon after, I received my 200-hour certification in Bali, Indonesia. As an APRN and Nursing Professor, I utilize my knowledge of human anatomy and passion for teaching in my class design + the perpetual inspiration from the world around me as my muse. I believe that yoga is the sacred space where we can learn self-compassion, kindness, + understanding. My style consists of a soulful mix of asana, pranayama, meditation, + self-reflection.
